De Caai is being built on the old Campina site. We are proud that we can supply and install the natural stone to De Caai. Construction will start this summer on the first two residential towers with 283 apartments and the adjacent parking garage. The two large residential towers of 18 and 23 floors are expected to be completed around the summer of 2024.

The second phase consists of two residential towers that are provisionally named Toren 2 and Toren 4. Tower 2 consists of owner-occupied apartments and Tower 4 consists of rental apartments.
