De Caai - Eindhoven
De Caai will be the new city district in Eindhoven. At a unique location on the water with the center within walking distance, low-rise buildings are mixed with high-rise buildings and owner-occupied and rental homes are being built.

De Caai is being built on the old Campina site. We are proud to be able to deliver and assemble the natural stone to De Caai. Construction will start this summer on the first two residential towers with 283 apartments and the adjacent parking garage. The two large residential towers of 18 and 23 floors are expected to be completed around the summer of 2024.
