NEW PROJECT // De Caai Eindhoven
We are pleased to announce that we have taken on a new project; The Caai in Eindhoven.
Where the most modern dairy factory in the Netherlands once stood, Eindhoven's most modern city district will soon be located. The old Campina site is being transformed into De Caai: a living lab with rental and owner-occupied apartments.
A new generation of makers, connectors, (food) designers and innovators will get to work at De Caai. Entrepreneurial initiatives to improve the health of people, society and the planet require space to discover, to cultivate and to grow. De Caai offers that space and thus does justice to its important past and optimistic vision of the future.
De Caai brings together innovative entrepreneurs and residents. A place in Eindhoven where we are building an inclusive and healthy future with respect for the history of the old Campina site.
The 1st phase of De Caai focuses on rental offers. A total of 283 rental homes spread over two residential towers are taking shape. Phase 1 is still in preparation, construction is expected to start in the summer of 2022.
